Polyurethane Product
Our Polyurethane features the following qualities:
-
The main advantage of castable polyurethanes over rubber is their abrasion resistance. High wear-resisting -Anti-resistant performance is from 0.01-0.10 (cm3)/1.61km, Duration will be longer 3-5 times than rubber.
-
Low friction coefficient, when compared to Rubber; extremely slick when wet
-
High load resistance, far superior to Rubber, metals and other plastics in its ability to absorb energy, sounds and vibrations
-
Chemical resistance, excellent with oils, acids, bases, hydrocarbons
-
Hydrolytic stability is formulated to resist water absorption without losing its performance
-
High acid and alkali resistance
-
Good Vibration absorption
-
Can be machined to the required surface finish and profiles.
-
High strength -Break strength and bearing capacity are higher than rubber.
-
Noise abatement, excellent to suppress sound
-
The combination of high tear resistance and a high modulus is what gives polyurethanes this advantage.
-
Wider durometer range option to choose. With the high hardness, the Polyurethane parts still have good elongation and elasticity. The hardness of Polyurethane parts is at Shore A60-D80
-
Lining sectors for screw classifiers
-
Significantly lower moulding costs
-
Ozone resistance
-
Poly can be offered in various colours which allows colour coding of parts or possibly matching the company’s logo.
-
Oil resistance: As a kind of high molecular compound.
-
Polyurethane parts have high radiation resistance.
